Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and bettest. In short: you own your idea, we test it in public for you, we don't promise any particular result, and what we owe you is limited to what you paid us.

1. Who we are and who can use bettest

bettest (bettest.online) is run by Sanskar Prajapati, a sole proprietor based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, ticking the box to agree, or paying for anything, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. bettest is a business service: you use it to test a product or business idea. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for that company.

2. What we do

bettest has two parts. First, an AI analyst asks about your idea, researches competitors and public discussion, and proposes a validation plan. Second, if you buy a plan, our team and the contractors we hire build and run the tests in it: for example landing pages, demo products, AI or creator videos, ads, collaborations and pre-order tests, followed by a report.

Estimated timelines are estimates. Ad platforms, creators and other third parties can cause delays we don't control.

3. AI output and reports are not advice

The analyst is an AI. It can be wrong, miss competitors, misread sources or make things up. Our reports, scores and verdicts (build it, change it, drop it) are our opinion based on limited tests, not a prediction or a promise.

Nothing on bettest is legal, financial, investment, tax or medical advice. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it, and decide for yourself what to build.

4. No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee any number of visitors, sign-ups, pre-orders, sales or any business outcome, and we don't guarantee that an ad platform or creator will accept your ads or content. A test that shows weak demand is a valid result.

5. Prices and payment

  • Starting the analyst on an idea costs a one-time fee, shown before you pay.
  • A validation plan costs what is shown on your plan before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout.
  • Any ad budget in your plan is spent on ads for your tests. We don't keep a margin on it, and unspent ad budget is refunded as set out in the Refund Policy.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) and may show its name on your statement. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

6. Your idea and your materials

You keep ownership of your idea and of everything you give us (descriptions, files, logos, product details). You give us permission to use them only to run bettest for you: to analyse the idea, share it with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (including AI model providers), and build and publish your tests.

Testing an idea means showing it to the public. Landing pages, ads, videos and collaborations are visible to anyone, including possible competitors. We can't stop others from seeing or copying an idea once it is tested in public, and ideas are rarely protectable on their own. If secrecy matters to you, don't run public tests.

We keep your private materials (your conversation with the analyst, files, chat with our team and your report) confidential. We share them only with people and providers who need them to deliver your tests and who are bound to keep them confidential. We don't sell your idea, and we won't publish it as a case study without your written permission.

We see many ideas, and other founders may submit similar ones. Working with you doesn't stop us from working with them.

7. What you promise us

  • The information you give us is accurate, and you have the right to use everything you send us, including names, logos and images.
  • Your idea and the claims we make about it on your behalf are lawful and not misleading.
  • You'll tell us about any rules that apply to your product (for example licences, age limits or health claims).
  • If people pre-order through a test, you'll agree a launch date with us. Once we pass their deposits to you at launch, you are responsible for delivering what was promised or refunding those buyers.

8. Ideas we won't test

We may refuse, pause or stop any test at our discretion. We won't test ideas that involve:

  • anything illegal where the test would run, or that breaks ad platform rules;
  • gambling, betting, lotteries, adult content, weapons, drugs or tobacco;
  • investment schemes, cryptocurrency tokens, loans or promises of income;
  • medical treatments, supplements with health claims, or anything that could put people's health at risk;
  • products for children under 18;
  • someone else's brand, trademark or identity, or real people without their consent;
  • hate, harassment, misleading political content, or deceiving the people who see the test.

If we refuse or stop a test for one of these reasons, the Refund Policy explains what we refund.

9. How tests are run

  • Test pages say the product is in development. We hold pre-order deposits until launch, as set out in the Refund Policy, and refund them if the product doesn't launch.
  • Ads may run from our ad accounts. We write and approve the final ad copy, and we may change wording to meet platform rules or the law.
  • AI-generated videos use synthetic presenters and are labelled as AI-made where platforms or the law require it. They never imitate a real person.
  • Creator collaborations are disclosed as paid partnerships as the platform and the law require.
  • We collect sign-ups and pre-orders on test pages and share the results with you as described in our Privacy Policy. You may only contact those people in line with what they agreed to on the test page.

10. Who owns the work

Once your plan is paid in full, you own the report and the copy written specifically for your test pages and ads, and you may use the landing pages, AI videos and other assets made for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, code, prompts and know-how. Stock media, fonts, music and creator content stay under their own licences; creator videos may be used as described in your plan, and creators keep any rights the plan doesn't give you.

We may use anonymous, combined data from tests (for example average sign-up rates) to improve bettest. It never identifies you or your idea.

11. Your account and messages

Keep access to your email safe, because sign-in links go there. We send emails needed to run the service, such as sign-in links, receipts, test updates and messages from our team. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

12. Limits on our liability

bettest is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, business decisions you make based on our reports, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability for any claim connected with bettest is limited to the amount you paid us for the idea or plan the claim is about, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

13. Claims about your product

If someone brings a claim against us because of your idea, your materials, your product or a breach of these terms by you, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop using bettest at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that we are legally required to close. What happens to payments is covered by the Refund Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you or show a notice before it applies. Paid plans keep the terms that applied when you paid. The date at the top shows the current version.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, email us at sanskarprajapati337@gmail.com first and we'll try to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of New Delhi, India decide the dispute. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you that can't be waived.
